Please note: All exhibitors must sign a release of liability form and return to the office IN PERSON with a physical signature. Exhibitors will not be eligible to compete if this form is missing.

Please remember to have your current APHC membership card and your horse’s registration papers available at the show. We may need this information for check-in and to verify eligibility for APHC classes and points, so it is best to have it readily accessible. Photos or digital copies of your membership card and registration papers are acceptable and may be shown on your phone or other device at the show office. Having these documents on hand helps ensure a smooth and efficient registration process for everyone.
